Passport

So I have wonderful news! I received my passport in the mail today. I find it odd that in a country so intent on preventing fraudulent entry by immigrants that a legal document so important as a passport would be mailed to me. Let alone with a copy of my birth certificate. As if unsigned credit cards were a problem, I guarantee someone could have a lot more fun with an unsigned copy of my passport.

Anyway, I am now official. I just need to see what the next step to venturing out into Asia will be. I've heard I might have to send my passport off again to get it stamped or something, but I'll let you know more about that after I hear for sure.

'Til the next update!

Up-and-coming

I created this blog to chronicle my first trip abroad: to Asia! This March, I will be taking a 3-week trip to Japan and China as a requirement for my master's degree. I will be keeping track of all of my preparations for the trip here and will attempt to post every day of my trip while I am in Asia.

To learn more about the master's program I am a part of, visit our website.
